Yes! Safety is our top priority. Moxies fully complies with COPPA regulations, including the latest legislative updates, and has proactively incorporated suggested KOSA guidelines to enhance our platform's safety features.

Moxies collects minimal data to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, fully adhering to COPPA guidelines. We prioritize privacy by only collecting non-personally identifiable information (non-PII), such as feature engagement, popular themes, and overall app activity, to better understand how the platform is being used. This data helps us improve the experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety and privacy. Importantly, we do not collect PII from kids, and any future data handling will include tools for parental supervision, opt-out options, and privacy-by-default practices.

As a parent or guardian, you have access to robust parental tools that prioritize safety and privacy, helping you manage your child's tech use with ease. Moxies provides defaults emphasizing high safety standards, clear expectations, and simple processes to reduce your oversight burden. You’ll also be able to supervise platform use and understand what features your child can access, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining balance and control.

We require a parent or guardian to assist with account creation, providing them with separate access to manage settings.

Becoming a Founding Member is a low-lift way to help shape Moxies while supporting your daughter’s digital journey. Your main responsibilities can include:

• Creating a Group: Assist your daughter in setting up her private group by answering a few simple questions (like the group name and time zone) and sharing the invite with friends and other parents.

• Providing Feedback: Share your thoughts and insights to help us improve Moxies and meet the needs of girls.
